 Soundsphere Introduces Onboard Amplifier for their Compact Loudspeakers
Soundsphere's 30 Watt Power2 amplifier adds onboard amplification to the company's Model 110B or Model Q-6 loudspeaker. The Power2 features two balanced line level inputs, each with gain control, and master gain control. Designed particularly for applications where only a single wide dispersion 110B or Q-6 loudspeaker is required for coverage, the Power 2 makes a separate amplifier unnecessary. This results in an easier and less expensive installation in such areas as small warehouses, open-ceiling classrooms or lecture halls with video projectors; board rooms; and small retail stores.  Soundsphere Introduces Powered Ceiling Loudspeaker for Direct Connection to Projectors and Computers
The Q-CS Power1 is a compact powered loudspeaker offering a built in 15 watt amplifier for direct connection to projectors and computers, with no additional equipment required. The Q-CS is designed for low finished ceiling installations requiring clear voice announcements and full range music reproduction, even at background levels. The Power1 amplifier features two inputs that each accept L and R stereo signals, which are electronically summed internally, eliminating the need for external stereo to mono passive summing devices. Both inputs have gain trim, and there is a master gain control. The Q-CS features a coaxial 8" driver. Like all Soundsphere loudspeakers, the Q-CS offers 180 degree x 360 degree dispersion. Fewer speakers are needed for better coverage – a single Q-CS Power1 can provide high quality sound over a large area in classrooms, meeting rooms, conference centers, boardrooms and lecture rooms. All Soundsphere loudspeaker models were measured at NWAA Labs state-of-the-art measurement facility in December 2006 / January 2007. The EASE data, now available for download below, is the unmodified high-resolution data as received from NWAA labs. Data is available for both EASE/EASEJR 3.x and EASE/EASEJR 4.x.:

 Q-12 Combo System Provides Full-Range Sound in Acoustically Difficult Spaces
Soundsphere's omnidirectional loudspeakers feature hemispherical dispersion and full-range sound in arenas, ice rinks, gymnasiums and swim centers. When more sound power is desired than a single speaker can produce in acoustically difficult spaces, Soundsphere offers the Q-12 Combo system. The Q-12 Combo system creates the single source of sound important for intelligibility in such areas. Using multiple Q-12A loudspeakers and array brackets, these systems achieve superior performance at lower cost in larger venues. The Q-12A Combo system is available in two or four Q-12A speaker configurations. There is also the option to include a Q-SB2 sub bass in order to create a single source of high fidelity, intelligible sound with deep, extended bass. Click
